I really enjoy drinking the Shinergy for bed. It helps me to relax and wind down for the day. The shinergy for energy during the day helps me wake up but I like to drink 2 of them instead of just the one. Amazing! I have tried every pre work out energy supplement you can imagine and nothing compares to Shinergy. Finally a product that ACTUALLY does what it says. The night time packets are also AMAZING. I haven't slept this well in years and I have severe PTSD that normally keeps me up at night. I watch Officer Tatum on YouTube and have thought about trying Shinergy, but was skeptical, nothing I ever have gotten helped with energy and sleeping using natural ingredients. Finally after years of being drained and sugar crashes I purchased the daytime and nighttime drinks and it is AWESOME!
The Daytime drink gives me energy without stomachaches and wanting a nap. I have tried so many different energy drinks and either got shaky, tired or had stomach issues.
The Night Time drink I drink it about 30 mins before I lay down and I have been getting the best sleep I have had in years. I was always tired and groggy after sleeping all night and never really felt rested . Now I wake up and am ready for the day!
I have diabetes so being able to have energy without all the junk is amazing.

Both Daytime and Nighttime formulations are reasonably priced, especially when purchased together. They both work very well. The Daytime gives me energy and focus, while the nighttime helps me relax and fall asleep. I highly recommend them both!

Was relying on energy drinks throughout the day. 2-3 per day. This changed by energy level. One day time drinks got me through full day and night time drink knocks me out!
I originally got these for my brother but he dragged his feet about picking them up so decided to try them. Wow! I am a light sleeper, years of graveyard shifts have messed up my adrenal glands and Circadian rhythm. The 1st night I feel asleep a little faster than usual so I thought that was good. The 2nd night I slept 6 hours straight which is really unusual for me. Several weeks later I don't go to bed without taking it and I am getting deeper and longer sleep. The day drink is good, it does give me more sustained energy. I think as my sleep continues to improve the daytime energy will sky rocket. My brother has to order his own package now! LOL

I really love the day formula. However, the night one gave me a slight headache even after I only drank half the cup. I didn't remember hearing that it had some melatonin in it, and that is most likely why I woke up with the slight headache. I always get a headache if I take melatonin or anything with it in it. Other than that small issue, I will definitely be buying the daytime one in the future!
This is really helping me to get off of black coffee. I was drinking about 64oz per day. This is my second 14 day supply and it is helping a lot and I am sleeping better. Now I am down to about 3-4 8oz cups per WEEK! This stuff is great. I have noticed that I do not feel the need to nap anymore. Will be ordering more!
The day shinergy did not live up to its expectations. I did not feel like it helped and If anything it got me sleepy. The night time shinergy was perfect.
The day time works great for me. As well as the taste. The night time was even better! I have been sleeping full night! And not feeling sluggish when I wake up.
Went 2 months on the Shinergy bundle then ran out…big mistake! Without Shinergy my energy during the day bottomed out and I couldn’t get a restful nights sleep. Won’t make that mistake again.
To be honest, I purchased this as a means to show some support to Tatum. I’m not real crazy about the taste, it’s pretty herbal tasting to me. And I’m a person that takes Kratom leaf straight 😁! I did not notice any increase in energy, or improved sleep. Maybe I just have a high tolerance. But I would need more noticeable effects before I would spend this much money for an additive to water.
I really like the tartness of the daytime and the smoothness of the nighttime. Due to the taste, I am a repeat customer. I will be purchasing more. Hopefully this becomes popular enough to spawn other flavors.
